Workshop Description: This workshop is part of a 6-part series focused on identifying your vision, goals, target market, value added production opportunities and building resiliency on the farm. This workshop will guide participants in identifying their values and passions to dig deeper into the why of their business. This workshop also focuses on identifying the wants and needs of participants’ customers to provide the best products and service. Participants will discuss the current operations of the business and the intended direction of their business.

Instructor Bio: Compost Community is a network of urban professionals dedicated to strengthening the local food supply in the Tallahassee and Big Bend area. They are involved in building communities, encouraging, and strengthening new and existing partnerships, protecting the environment, reducing waste streams from businesses and residents, and having FUN doing it! Compost Community is focused on providing collection services of organic waste materials.
